Jammin'

Freezer Jam... today blueberry/raspberry jam.

Super easy peasy... and unbelievably delicious!  I used one pint of blueberries, a small 6 oz. container of raspberries, 2/3 cups sugar, 2 TBS. of pectin. This made 3 of these 8 oz. containers.  This jam will be so good with scones... I need to make more!

Hi Anet,

I need to start visiting your blog instead of just responding to your comments on mine. I think you re-named your blog, haven't you? Anyway, it looks great, and I love homemade jam!

Hi Mitzi,
Thanks.
I did start a new blog here late last year. I used to have the Purple Squirrel blog. Wanted to start fresh after taking care of my mom. Hope you stop in again:)
